These defensive fighting positions provide a ballistic base where security officers can be deployed to return fire against a physical assault.
The barriers are formed from armor steel plate independently tested to meet commercial ballistic standards.

Certification
          Barriers contain armor steel plate tested in accordance with either:       
       
             
  • The modified provisions of NIJ-STD-0108.01 Level IV Ballistic Resistant Materials
  •          
  • Standard for Safety -- U.L. 752, Bullet Resisting Equipment for U.L. Level 8.
  •        
       

The steel assembly will conform to the standards of the American Institute of Steel Construction using all welded construction per the standards of AWS D1.1.
